The Offices of Terry E. Smith and Jon M. Waage, Standing Chapter 13 Trustees, administers cases in Chapter 13 and 12 bankruptcy cases under the supervision of the United States Trustee. In addition, they act as clearinghouses to receive and disburse funds exactly as prescribed by the Orders of the Court.

The Anexio New Media Team was selected to design two sites with the following goals

COMMUNICATION: Allow communication between existing clients and the company
COMMUNICATION: Allow communication between existing attorneys and the company
INTER OFFICE : Create efficiency for interoffice processes
LOOK AND FEEL: Create a clean, minimalistic, unobtrustive design with use of a light color palette. Red was used to bring attention to important areas of page.
LOOK AND FEEL: Provide an attractive website that a wide variety of visitors can feel comfortable with
NAVIGATION: Create an intuitive user interface allowing easy navigation throughout - and making it easy for visitors with a wide variety of Internet experience to find information
SCALABILITY: Include a high level of scalability to accommodate future growth of the website
COMMUNICATION: to provide various means of communication : e.g., contact form, phone and fax numbers, email addresses, physical address, etc.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT: Allow CHAPTER 13 to update text on the website.

Working closely with Ch 13, The Anexio New Media Team created two easily navigable sites, understandable to a broad variety of people, with a fresh inviting look and feel. In addition, content management tools, training and guidelines were delivered, which have enabled Ch 13 to maintain and administer their websites themselves.

The sites are CSS- and XHTML 1.0-Stardards compliant.
