SARASOTA HOUSING AUTHORITY
Anexio New Media announces the launch of the Sarasota Housing Authority.
Sarasota Housing Authority is a HUD run subsidized housing program serving the needs of the Sarasota community. They work closely with Habitat for Humanity and other organizations toward the goal of ensuring affordable and clean living conditions for all with a need.
SHA has recently undergone dramatic changes in its entire organization, including new leadership, new, highly trained staff, new policies, new service providers, new resident programs and services, a new mission statement, a new name and logo, and a new vision for the entire housing authority. This web site is part of that new vision.
The SHA asked the Anexio New Media Team to create a web site with the following goals:
1) give them a long-overdue web presence
2) to provide the community information about the SHA and their programs programs
3) keep the community updated on the redevelopment of their sites in Newtown. Interested families will be able find out what programs they have, how to qualify, how to apply, and how to contact them.
The Anexio New Media Team provided a complete solution encompassing website design, information architecture and content strategy.
In addition, content management tools, training and guidelines were delivered, which have enabled the Sarasota Housing Authority to easily maintain and administer their web site themselves.
