TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT CENTER
Technology Support Center has developed and uses innovative application
technology, along with a 24-7, fully staffed Support Center to provide
a support infrastructure for managed services including immediate and unlimited
remote desktop and server management, disaster recovery, managed security
services and hosting.
Technology Support Center provides Channel Partners with co-branded call center tools and product service offerings, real-time status reporting, and integrated on-site dispatch coordination and support.
Anexio is a Channel Partner of Technology Support Center and, as such, was asked to design and develop their website. The website needed to incorporate various elements including comprehensive content management, a mechanism for Channel Partners to register, easy communication with TSC, and it needed to be flexible enough to allow for future expanding growth while still being simple to navigate.
Anexio provided a complete solution encompassing website design, information
architecture and content strategy. In addition, content
management tools, training and guidelines were delivered, which have enabled
TSC to easily maintain and administer their website.
