How Does Remote Support Work?

A call is placed to Anexio's Remote Support Center. A technician makes a quick assessment of the technical problem and remotely accesses the server, desktop computer or other devices in order to correct the problem. If the problem cannot be handled remotely, then a technician is dispatched to the business location. We can work with your existing IT department or company.
